Minimally Invasive Anterior Aesthetics

Minimally Invasive Anterior Aesthetics | Dipesh Parmar | Friday 14th January 2022

Course Outline

Minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry should not compromise the remaining dentition any more than is absolutely necessary to secure pleasing form, colour and alignment, whilst providing long term stability and function. Historically, many smile enhancement treatments were considered to be aggressive due to limitations in materials, equipment and technology.  In recent years, significant developments in whitening protocols, composite and ceramic materials, adhesive dentistry and accessible orthodontics have allowed more dental professionals to provide minimally invasive treatments that are highly aesthetic, considerate to pulp health and provide respectable lengths of service.

Learning Objectives

  1. Concepts for conservative cosmetic treatments
  2. Internal bleaching techniques that are safe, predictable and legal
  3. Protocols to optimise direct composite restorations
  4. Protocols to optimise indirect ceramic restorations
  5. The orthodontic-restorative interface

Development Outcomes

Venue Website:

Evesham Rd, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 4SH, United Kingdom

All events take place at the prestigious Cheltenham Racecourse (on non-race days!).

This is a fantastically spacious venue with free on-site parking and is a fully catered day. The day starts with tea/coffee and bacon rolls/pastries, there are morning and afternoon breaks with hot and cold drinks and nibbles. This all takes place in the around the trade stands which means no-one has to leave a good conversation to keep up with the latest materials and equipment.

Other than the main event itself, the highlight is often the seated 2-course lunch, (hot and cold multiple options available); participants and speakers are seated all together in the stunning 5th floor Panoramic Suite, quite a luxury and an amazing view.

It really is one of the most top class CPD venues in the country.
