As a compliance consultant and having a long career in many different environments in dentistry, Sam is looking forward to sharing how to stay on track with compliance and how delegating responsibilities can allow your practice to stay up to date and best prepared for CQC Inspections

Aims

• To explain the importance of involving the whole team in developing policies, procedures and what processes should be inplace to ensure consistent delivery of high standard of patient care, and how to have everything readily available for CQC Inspectors.
