Glenys Bridges is a prominent British trainer, author, and management consultant specialising in non-clinical dental practice management and whole-team professional development. With over 20 years of experience in the UK dental sector, she is widely recognized for helping dental professionals build effective leadership, administrative, and clinical-support frameworks.

Key Career Highlights & Roles

• Founder & Strategic Lead: She serves as the managing partner and strategic lead at Glenys Bridges Practice Pathways and The Glenys Bridges Academy. These bodies offer accredited training, eCPD, and qualifications for dentists, practice managers, dental nurses, receptionists, treatment coordinators, and mentors.

• Association Founding: In 1995, she was one of the founding members of the British Dental Practice Managers Association (BDPMA), which evolved into the Association of Dental Administrators and Managers (ADAM).

• Editor & Author: She has served as Editor-in-Chief for the Dental Nursing Journal and authored several books and eBooks on dental practice workflows, including Dental Reception and Practice Management and Dental Practice Management.

• Educational Developer: She developed accredited non-clinical qualifications for dental teams ranging from Level 3 to Level 5, including CQC Registered Management qualifications through recognized awarding bodies like the Open College Network and AIM Qualifications.
