Aims

• To understand Herzberg's theory of motivation and satisfaction and be able to better motivate you and your team.
• To learn the benefits of giving feedback and how to do this.
• To identify your role and key tasks, and how to delegate to empower your team
• To learn how to effectively manage your time and your team

Objectives

• You will learn about Herzberg's theory, identify your motivational profile and consider how this might differ from others you work with, and what you can do to motivate your team.
• You will look at the fundamentals of giving feedback and learn a tool to ensure you give feedback in the best, most impactful way.
• You will learn how to focus on the key tasks for your role whilst motivating and developing your team.
• You will learn how effectively managing your time and helping others to do so will make sure you and your team are performing at the highest level,.
