Role: Dentist
Days: 3- 4 Days Per Week
Description: Associate Dentist – Mixed Practice
Established patient list. Ongoing demand. A practice built on trust and quality care.
An opportunity has arisen for an associate dentist to join a well-established mixed practice and take on an existing, stable list of patients, with the added benefit of a consistent flow of new patients joining the practice. This offers both immediate stability and genuine scope for continued growth.
We are a long-standing practice with a loyal patient base and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Our focus is on building long-term relationships with patients, where trust, clear communication and consistency underpin everything we do.
The practice has a strong emphasis on ongoing care and higher-value treatments, with a patient base that is engaged, understands their options, and is committed to maintaining and improving their oral health.
You will be joining a supportive and professional environment where your skills in general dentistry are valued, and where you will have the time, tools and clinical freedom to deliver high-quality patient care. UDAs are sensibly distributed across the team, allowing a balanced approach between NHS work and the development of aesthetic treatments.
New patients are regularly joining the practice and will be allocated to you, providing a clear opportunity to grow your clinical interests and further develop your patient base alongside your existing list. There is a well-established flow of aesthetic treatments within the practice, including aligner therapy, composite bonding and cosmetic work, supported by a patient base that values and invests in their care.

Build strong, long-term relationships with patients based on trust and continuity of care

Grow your patient base and professional profile within the practice
Work within a mixed model, balancing NHS stability with aesthetic opportunities
